Beirut Decision Bloc (18 members, led by Prime Minister Rafic Hariri): Rafik Hariri, Serge Toursarkisian, Nasser Qandil, Adnan Araqji, Bassel Fuleihan, Walid Eido, Hagop Qassardjian, Yeghia Djiridjian, Jean Hogassapian, Nabil de Freij, Ghinwa Jalloul, Mohammed Qabbani, Bassem Yamout, Michel Pharaon, Ghattas Khoury, Beshara Merhej (quit the bloc a month ago), Ghazi Aridi and Atef Majdalani.

Democratic Gathering Bloc (17 members, led by Druze leader Walid Jumblat): Walid Jumblat, Fouad Saad, Nabil Boustani, Ayman Choucair, Bassem Sabaa, Marwan Hamade, Antoine Andraous, Alaeddine Tirro, Henri Helou, Abdullah Farhat, Salah Honein, George Deeb Nehmeh, Akram Chehayeb, Nehmeh Tohme, Elie Aoun, Antoine Ghanem and Mohammed Hajjar.
Resistance and Development Bloc (15 members, led by Speaker Nabih Berri): Nabih Berri, Abdel-Latif Zein, Ali Khalil, Ali Hassan Khalil, Anwar Khalil, Bahiya Hariri, Yassine Jaber, Ayoub Humayed, Antoine Khoury, Ali Khrais, Samir Azar, Ali Bazzi, Ali Osseiran, Michel Musa and Ghazi Zeaiter. Two MPs, Mohammed Abdel-Hamid Beydoun and Mahmoud Abu Hamdan, were expelled from the bloc after falling out with Berri.
Hezbollah's Loyalty to the Resistance Bloc (12 members): Mohammed Raad, Abdullah Qassir, Hussein Hajj Hassan, Nazih Mansour, Mohammed Fneish, George Najm, Mohammed Yaghi, Massoud Hujairi, Ibrahim Bayan, Ali Ammar, Mohammed Berjawi and Ammar Musawai.
Health Minister Suleiman Franjieh's bloc (six members): Suleiman Franjieh, Qaisar Mouawad, Karim Rasi, Fayez Ghosn, Sayed Aql and Farid Makari.
Syrian Social National Party's Bloc (four members): Asaad Hardan, Ghassan Ashqar, Salim Saade and Marwan Fares.
Northern Metn Bloc (four MPs, led by former Interior Minister Michel Murr): Michel Murr, Antoine Haddad, Emile Emile Lahoud and Sebouh Hovnanian.
National Front Bloc (four MPs): Hussein Husseini, Omar Karami, Nayla Mouawad and Butros Harb.
Qornet Shahwan Gathering's Bloc (three MPs): Fares Souaid, Mansour Bone and Pierre Gemayel.
Tripolitan Bloc (three MPs): Mohammed Safadi, Mohammed Kabbara and Maurice Fadel.
