ProminentLebanese.com is a Lebanese enterprise planning to be incorporated in an appropriate overseas jurisdiction with ownership expanding to include private and institutional investors as well as strategic franchisees’ investors. Prominent will have one office in Beirut that will provide the technical backup and support, as well as the sales and marketing support for the Lebanese market. Prominent will provide the platform on which all the prominent's franchisees will be hosted and will direct and support franchisees, and oversee implementation and management of day-to-day business matters related to their territories. Prominent will provide all the support and expertise to the franchisees, and in return will get 30% of their end-user membership fees.

Prominent Franchisee Ownership Structure

ProminentLebanese.com  will share any ownership of its franchisees, but will receive 30% of the franchisees end user membership fees at Prominent. The relationship with each franchisee will be governed through a legally binding agreement covering all ownership and operational matters. Prominent franchisees will contribute the initial investment needed as well as the influence to bring on board strategic partners and large members in line with prominent ’s expansion and liquidity formation strategy. Prominent will contribute licensing of the prominent name along with associated property rights, prominent ’s business model and know-how, its platform and hosting infrastructure, as well as the operational support and initial training required for each country franchisee. Each country franchisee will be setup in accordance to the laws and regulations of its host country.
