Terms and Conditions

Joining ProminentLenbanese is a simple, straight forward process requiring the fulfillment of the following obligations by the member and  Lebanonwire, the publisher of ProminentLebanese.com (hereinafter referred to as Publisher).

Publisher's Obligations:
1- Ensure the smooth running of members' profiles and/or websites.
2- Edit and approve contents.
3- Offer to publish profiles prior to receiving payments.
4- Ensure updates are published immediately upon receipt from members.
5- Perform continuos research to add relevant information and/or relating links to members' profiles.
6- Undertake to publish members' statements, articles and commentaries provided they conform with applicable laws.
7- Provide members with a private email, membername@prominent Lebanese.com, and a webmail control panel.
8- Provide free access to Lebanonwire.com once the latter becomes restricted to lebanonwire members.
9- Preserves the right to delete profiles if due payments are not made, or if a member stops to fulfil inclusion conditions.

Members' Obligations:
1- Sign the Order Form.
2- Fulfil payment of contracted packages two days after profiles are published.
3- Renew membership on a yearly basis to ensure continuos receipt of members' benefits.
4- Provide accurate information, sign profiles and assume responsibly for contents.
5- Keep profiles updated.
