| Lebanon's BLOM Bank says
H1 profit up 5.4 pct BEIRUT, July 31 - Lebanon's BLOM Bank said on Tuesday its net profit for the first half of 2007 had risen 5.4 percent from the same period a year ago. Net profit rose to $93.2 million during the period from $88.3 million a year earlier, the bank said in a statement published in Lebanese newspapers. Total assets stood at $15.2 billion at the end of June, up from $13.2 billion at the end of June 2006. -Reuters |
